Shymkent airport offers all passengers maintenance services in the VIP-hall for international and domestic communications. Its separate location and complete isolation from the general use of the hall will allow to spend time waiting for a flight from the comfort of relaxing on the couches.
VIP-passengers can register on domestic and international flights, customs and passport control. At arrival you will be met on an individual employee of the airport transport.
Hall of VIP-passengers offers the following services:

Express check flight, baggage

Pick up and landing of passengers to/from aircraft

Meeting and landing on a separate transport

Delivery of luggage and carry-on baggage to/from aircraft

Rest in the waiting room

Passport and customs control without queue

Hour receiving preliminary requests for passenger service

Watching cable TV

Free provision of local telephony services, Internet and WI FI

Providing illustrated magazines in the Kazakh, Russian and English languages
Price:
— service 1 departing passengers — 12.000 tenge;
— 1 minor service departing passenger up to 7 years - free of charge, up to 15 years - 50% of the basic tariff;
— service 1 departing passengers in business hall - 5,000 tenge;
— service 1 arriving passengers - 5,000 tenge;
— service 1 minor passenger arrives to 7 years - free of charge, up to 15 years - 50% of the basic tariff;

Legal entities shall conclude an agreement on the VIP-service. Applications for VIP-service are taken around the clock.

CIP - hall
Airport "Shymkent" offers CIP-hall to serve commercial, protected, and officials of the Republic of Kazakhstan, internal flights depart. CIP-hall is located to the right of the main building of the airport and has private parking for both personal and official vehicles.
The cost of the service is:
— service 1 departing passengers to the list of 10,000 tenge;
— Service 1 flown passenger list of 5,000 tenge;
